LIL' $TEFF!!! SUPER SNAZZY SKETCH AT "SWEET STAMPIN" CHALLENGE BLOG

This week at "Sweet Stampin" Challenge Blog we have a creative sketch for our challenge! This is a super sketch! I had a ton of fun with it! Remember that with a sketch you can turn it, etc.... Like I did.

Here is my card for this week's sketch.........................

Isn't she cute!?! I used some really old water color pencils to color her in. My paper's are some single sheets from Michale's crafts. The interesting star thingy over the brown scallops is from K&C Company. They had some really cool stuff one day and I had to have this pack of thingies. These were in it. My roses are from a Secret Sister gift this year! Aren't they gorgeous????

If you don't have something to make ovals, don't fear. Just hand do them like I did! This is and isn't a joke. My ovals are hand done. I drove all over the place looking for oval templates, NONE!!!! So I came home and made them! YIKES! I have enough stuff covering them though, so they don't look too bad! LOL! I do love my card this time though. This lil' thing reminds me of one of my sisters. So I named her $teff after my sister Stephanie, who is 20, and she rocks!! She would also kill me if she knew! LOLOLOL!!!

OMG!!! I AM BACK ONLINE! YIIIPEEE! CANDY CANDY CANDY AND................

I have had the strangest week!
I am so used to being able to blog, post and have fun woth all of you lovelies out there! and I MISS my wonderful DT at "Sweet Stampin"!

I'M BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so EXCITED!! I will be able to catch up with everyone!!

Also! While I was down I won the photo contest at Instyle Stamps! WHOLLY MOLLY! I received this box that was stuffed to the rim. LIL' SPRING GIRL ~ SPRING CHALLENGE AT "SWEET STAMPIN"

Spring is here! With Spring comes the perfect challenge over at "Sweet Stampin" challenge blog! "SPRING"

Spring is such a lovely time of year. All of the flowers are blooming, the animals are frolicking about and everyone seems to be in wonderful crafty moods and it is getting WARMER!

So to celebrate Spring this weeks challenge is all about Spring. Spring colors, Easter, Daffodils and Tulips, Bunnies and chicks. Whatever you interpret as Spring! For this challenge you are free to use your crafty imagination!!! You can create a Card, 3D object, Scrap Page or whatever your crafty spring mind creates.

I of course created a card. Above is my Lil' Spring Girl. My Spring theme is the colors with Prima Flowers. I have added some Easter Eggs to my card as well. I decided that this was going to be my Moms Easter card this year. Now that I have said that she will probrably hit the net and take a look at my blog to update herself with my latests. LOL!

I'M TOLD I NEED TO LEAVE MY CRAFT ROOM!

HOWEVER...............................Here's my story..................

Here is Ms. Red E' Smoke aka Smoke during the sunset................... Shabang my retired Barrel Racing Partner with Hobby and Cheyanne behind the bush.

OKAY............... So this pic makes my craft room look like a PIG STY! Which when I am on the go and zoom'n through mak'n cards and crafts it does become a total mess! The tornado room of the house! But it cleans up real nice when I am done!

So my hubby tells me that I need to take a break from crafting every now and again, which is funny because I have been on a leave of abscence from work and I think I have been crafting more than anything else! Today the sun is shining and my hubby got the word that he got a new job, which we have been waiting on the answer for over a month! So now all of a sudden he wants to go on a ride! On the horses! I about fell out of my chair!

When he said I needed to take a break from blog'n and craft'n I said yes, but I have verything here.. My supplies, cards, pics of the fam, computer/blog/e-mails, and from my window this is what I see all of the time.

FLYING COLOUR CHALLENGE AT SWEET STAMPIN!!

Are these just not some spectacular flying colour's!?!?!? I love these colour's together! They are FAB and very fun to work with! If you look through your crafty stash I am sure that you can find these color's! I did'nt think I had them and then when I looked, Whalaa! There they were!


And here is my card for this weeks "Sweet Stampin" Colour challenge. This hope for Haiti image from Whimsy Stamps is flying with the "Sweet Stampin" colour challenge colors! On his mane and tail and in his DP! Isn't he gorgeous!

Being a horsie girl I fell in love with him! But then I found out that the funds from my purchase on him went straight to Haiti through one of my fav. blog stop's and digi companies, Whimsy Stamps, which made him even easier for me to say, "okay, buy him!"

This was a really fun card for me to make.

OLD SCHOOL STAMPED CARD! CHARISMA ENTRY!

Okay...... So back in the day.....About 17 years ago when I started stamping we didn't use all of this paper, embellies and flowers we use now! Which I love. Stamping has come a long ways, trust me! Back then it was about stamping and technique and creating a card with just stamps.

So here is my card that I created with just stamps. I stamped, embossed and colored in the fairy! That's it!

Now I am entering it into the Charisma Fairy Challenge. Just for kicks and giggles! I know it is not as fancy as the others entered, but this is stamp'n!

Don't know about you, but I LOVE KIDS! It is very rare I run into a kid I truly don't care for!
